Will there be any changes due to the new route at Haneda Airport?

Regarding the flow and weather of the day

Can a flight be canceled even if the weather is good?

The pilot makes the final decision on whether or not to fly, taking into account various information and circumstances such as changes in the weather.Even if the weather is sunny, if safety standards are not met due to low cloud cover or strong winds, the flight will be deemed unsuitable.If your reservation is changed due to our weather judgment, you can change the date free of charge/indefinitely.You can decide on the reschedule date at a later date.

Can I see the scenery in case of light rain or cloudy weather?

You will be flying below the clouds, so you can see the scenery even on cloudy days, but the scenery is even more beautiful on clear skies.In case of light rain, it may be possible to fly.However, even on a cloudy day without rain, if the cloud height does not meet flight safety standards, the flight may be canceled.
